What a beautiful wedding we have to share with you today! Camilla and Gareth were married in late September with a classic, pretty and elegant garden party wedding. The ceremony took place with a traditional church ceremony at St John the Baptist Church in Keyston, Huntingdon. This was followed by a beautifully styled marquee wedding at home in the bride's parents garden.
Camilla couldn't have picked a more perfect gown for the day, opting for a bespoke Suzanne Neville dress combining the elements she loved from two different styles. Starting with the elegant off-the-shoulder neckline from Forever, we added the skirt from Calla, creating Camilla's dream dress. The bride styled her look with a stunning up-do adorned with delicate flower hair pins and a romantic waterfall veil. To finish the look, Camilla added Miss Clemmie pearl drop earrings and a pair of fabulous Louboutin heels.

A bespoke Suzanne Neville wedding dress
I had the top half of the Forever dress and the skirt from the Calla dress. The dress was very classic and just what I had pictured in my head. We didn't realize until the day but the dress was also very similar to my mother's wedding dress, and that just made it even more special. I loved the top, it was so elegant the corset was amazing as I just felt so secure in the dress the whole day and the straight down skirt just flowed beautifully. My favorite part apart the dress was the beautiful buttons down the back, that was one of my key tick boxes when I was looking for the dress and I am so glad I found it. The feeling of wearing the dress was like nothing I have felt before, it was very emotional pre-ceremony as its a weird feeling to calculate seeing the whole outfit together. Most importantly I felt so like myself which just echoed the whole day.
Dress Shopping
I initially brought down my mother, Mandy and my amazing made of honor and best friend Olivia to my dress shopping appointment. The Forever dress was the first dress I tired on and they loved the top of the dress but none of us were sure about the skirt. Which was a good job that Calla was the second dress I tired on and it all amazingly fit into place! They did however make me try on a multitude of dresses just to be sure!!
My favorite part of the shopping experience was the staff. Everyone we met was so knowledgeable and helpful, it just made the whole experience so smooth to know we were in the best hands we could be in.
Styling
We went for a more minimalist look. The earrings we actually spotted in Miss Bush whilst trying on the dress. They were drop down pearls from Miss Clemmie. I wore my diamond necklace which was brought for me by my dad's uncle Roy who sadly is no longer with us but I'm sure he would have loved the day. My heels were a bright colourful pair of Christian Louboutin's. I am actually a forth generation shoe maker, so I had in my head from the very start I really wanted a bright pair of shoes. You can't be a shoe maker and have normal shoes on your wedding day!
A marquee garden party wedding
The day just went so fantastically. We started off at the chruch in Keyston, which is a small village in Northamptonshire. The Church is only ever opened twice a year and they could not remember the last time their was a wedding in the village, so it was such a nice feeling to get the church open and used again. The reception was then in a marquee at my parents house and it was the most beautiful and happy event. We had singing waiters who managed to get the whole wedding party in a circle around the marquee singing sweet Caroline! Everyone was up on the chairs dancing it was just unbelievable. Everything from the marquee to the flowers was just incredible and we were so fortunate with the weather!
The best bits
My favorite part of the day had to be everyone in a big circle around the marquee singing sweet Caroline. Seeing everyone we love in one place and seeing the happiness on everyone's faces, that is a feeling I will never forget.
Camilla's Advice
If you go to Miss Bush you will most certainly find the dress of your dreams! Make sure you try lots of different styles on though as you never know! Also make sure you feel comfortable in the dress as if its not you, you never want to look back with regrets. Wedding planning - a trusty spreadsheet will never steer you wrong! And finally, just enjoy every moment it is over far too fast, make sure you and your partner take time out during the day to look around at everyone who is there for you.
