Andy & Elouise's relaxed Summer wedding took place on the Isle of Wight at East Afton Farmhouse, Yarmouth. The island was a special place to the bride and groom, who spent many happy holidays there as children, and where Andy proposed to Elouise. The entire day took place at the Farmhouse, with a romantic ceremony in the Stone Barn, followed by a beautifully styled reception packed with thoughtful, personal DIY touches.
Elouise wore Jesus Peiro style 224 for her wedding day, which she styled with simple, elegant accessories including a cathedral length glitter veil and chic block heel shoes that were perfect for dancing!

Jesus Peiro 224 wedding dress
I chose the Jesus Peiro 224. It was the second dress I tried on and as soon as I did, I knew it was the one. Funnily enough, when Andy proposed I was speaking to one of my bridesmaids and I sent her a screenshot of 224 and I'd had the dress in my head since. I felt like the best version of me when wearing the dress.
Dress Shopping
I brought my mum and my mother in law and my cousin Faye joined us on Zoom. They were both in tears when I chose the dress, it was a very emotional moment for all three of us. We headed straight to the Talbot after the appointment for Prosecco which became tradition every time we visited the chapel.
My final fitting with Ben was the best day! Walking out into the chapel to see my mum, in my dress that fitted so perfectly was an amazing feeling and shockingly for once, she didn't cry.
Working with Miss Bush was a dream, everything was seamless. During my first appointment with Corinne we needed to alter the back of the dress so that I was able to wear a bra and she showed me a picture and we went for it. Every decision was easy because I trusted the knowledge and advice that I was given throughout every appointment, every email and every Instagram Q&A with Emma.
Styling
When I first pictured myself as a bride I knew I wanted a timeless look so I knew I wanted simple and elegant accessories. That was until my first fitting and I saw the glitter cathedral length veil in the chapel and I knew I needed some sparkle. So I wore a cathedral length glitter veil, my husband gave me some Tiffany hoops to wear on the day and I wore a Swarovski tennis bracelet that my mum gifted me. My shoes were very simple white block heels from ASOS, I changed into trainers for our golden hour photographs and the dancing.
About the Day
Our wedding was everything we wanted and more. We knew we wanted a relaxed day with lots of drinking, ice cream and sausage rolls for the evening food. Our venue was centred around a beautiful courtyard which is where we enjoyed our welcome drinks. We chose to DIY our signs and our name places which thankfully turned out really well and we now have our welcome sign proudly hanging at home. Everything was personal, we made sure when picking all of our suppliers that we liked them as people as they were going to be with us on the day. Everything was beautiful and surprisingly, I didn't cry!
The best bits
Of course walking down the aisle and marrying Andy was spectacular, however, my favourite part of the day was our entrance to the wedding breakfast. We decided to get the party started and entered to Freed From Desire by Gala and to see all of our guests having the best time and dancing our way through them was incredible. We followed this up with shots with everyone which was so fun!
Bride Name's Advice
Make sure you focus on you two as a couple and make decisions based on what you want from your day. Don't spend time worrying if everyone will enjoy the day, they are there for you and as long as you are enjoying yourselves, everyone else will too. The day is a whirlwind, make sure you take a moment for you two and digest that you did it! We did this in the evening and we saw all of our guests dancing in the barn and it's a moment I'll never forget.
