We're so excited to share our first real bride wearing Suzanne Neville's Orianna wedding dress. Emma wore her chic, elegant, beautifully fitted Orianna for her wedding in August this year, which took place at Miss Bush brides favourite Gate Street Barn in Guildford.

Suzanne Neville Orianna

I chose the Orianna. It was so perfectly simple but made me feel magical at the same time. I knew it was the one the second I tried it on, and loved every second of wearing it on my wedding day.

Styling

I was trying to keep the simple elegance of the dress with my accessories. I had a sparkly band on my shoes, so kept a bit of a sparkle theme with earrings and some hair clips.

Dress Shopping

I brought my mum and sister with me when I found the dress. They were as ecstatic as me and happily danced round the Chapel with me!

I was beginning to hate the dress shopping experience from all the other shops I'd been to (I'd tried over 60 dresses on). But then I came to the Chapel, and everything changed! Emma was such a calming presence, and was completely honest in her opinion of me in the dresses. Her recommendations of dresses to try on were spot on, I don't think I'd have ended up with my dress without her!

A relaxed, rustic Gate Street Barn wedding

We loved the laid back feel of Gate Street Barn, and our main aim for the day was to keep the relaxed, rustic feeling.

My favourite part of the day was the last song of the night. Me and my husband had been dancing apart for the last few songs, and on the last song I came back to him, and everyone crowded round us and sang to us while we danced. It was brilliant to look around at all our closest friends and family, and really enjoy the moment.

Emma's Advice

The Miss Bush team, especially Emma and Jo, are just wonderful. You are in the best hands imaginable with them. For wedding planning in general, do as much research as possible to get the best team of suppliers around you. We were so happy with all of our suppliers, and our day went without a hitch!
