It is wonderful to be able to share Tara and Cameron's beautiful, classic wedding with you today. The day took place in Autumn in picturesque Dorset, with a church ceremony at Sydling St Nicholas near Dorchester. This was followed by an elegant reception at Came House, a stunning 18th century Grade I listed mansion in the village of Winterborne Came.

Tara wore Jesus Peiro's much loved 200 wedding dress, a classic gown which includes all of the details we love from the Spanish bridal brand. The clean, crisp silhouette features a full ball gown skirt with pockets, below a sharp halter neckline with deep v-neck and open back. Tara styled her dress with a sleek up do, romantic veil and glamorous crystal drop earrings.

Jesus Peiro 200 wedding dress

I chose a bespoke Jesus Peiro 200 dress and the minute I tried it on I knew it was the one for me. I loved its simplicity yet how striking it was at the same time. I had browsed Jesus Peiro before and loved all the designs, so it was just about picking the right dress!

I brought my Mum and Granny with me to the first appointment and they loved it the minute they saw it. My Granny wasn't able to make the actual wedding day so it was very special to have her with me for all of the Miss Bush appointments!

The whole Miss Bush team were amazing from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble and they made the experience completely stress free and so enjoyable. Trying on the dresses in the Miss Bush chapel is a memory that will stay with me forever! At my very last appointment on the day that I was taking my dress home, we noticed a very slight kink at the bottom of the dress. Jo went absolutely above and beyond in resolving this. She re-stitched, ironed and re-stitched again and again until it had completely disappeared. We ran way over my appointment time and she was an absolute super star in making sure we left completely satisfied!

A classic country house wedding in Dorset

We were married in late September and were so lucky to have had the most beautiful sunny day with blue skies (given there were floods the week before we could not have been happier!!). We had a church service in the small village, Sydling, that I grew up in and my mum and a team of helpers did all the church flowers, which were just stunning! Our reception was held at Came House with the drinks reception outside and then food, speeches and dancing in a marquee. Daisy, my florist, was absolutely amazing in styling the house and marquee. Our colour theme was emerald green due to the fact that I am half Irish and we were nearing autumn. Daisy then designed the most beautiful bouquets and arrangements with greens, pinks and pastels. It was the most perfect English country wedding.

The best bits

We just wanted a huge party with all of our friends and family, which we most definitely got! It was so special having all of the people we love together, and the atmosphere was lively and vibrant with music, dancing, and laughter throughout! It was the best of days which will stay in our memories forever.
